Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Activities

KASOGA-2026

Dept of OBG actively participated in KASOGA state conference & shouldered the responsibility of organizing paper and poster presentations by postgraduate students & faculty from various medical colleges in Karnataka and outside.

Around 200 papers & 140 posters were presented. The programme was a huge success, and a lot of appreciation was received from judges, participating students, and from KSOGA and TSOG for efficiently organizing the programme.

Eagle Project-2025

Department of OBG, in association with FOGSI, conducted a live laparoscopy workshop under the EAGLE Project in the month of September successfully.

Faculty & postgraduate students from medical colleges in the city attended the programme. An expert surgical team from FOGSI operated around 6 cases, demonstrating surgical steps efficiently.

The project was a huge success and was appreciated by TSOG & IAGE for efficiently conducting the programme and the arrangements made.
